From CGEU

That annoying "redirected from the Main Page" message

I renamed the Main Page using the 'move page' tool. Unfortunately, this still leaves that darn redirect message. This is happening because, somewhere, there's a setting telling the wiki that the main page of the wiki is "Main Page" rather than "Welcome to the CGEU wiki!" Mark assures me that there's a way to change that setting, so I'm leaving the rename for now and working on figuring it out. -- DR

Ok, here's the answer. We need to edit this page: http://cgeu.org/wiki/index.php/MediaWiki:Mainpage so that it's contents are the title of the main page. I don't have enough priveleges to do it, so we'll have to ask Julian to use his wikisysop powers. So that we don't have to do it more than once, lets settle on a name first.

Right now I have the Main Page content at "Welcome to the CGEU wiki!". Earlier, Scott had tried redirecting to a page called "CGEU". Do we prefer one of those? Something snappier? Less snappy? -- DR
