WAGES

A. EFFECTIVE OCTOBER 1, 2006

1. Increase the wage range/rates by 1.5% for all ASE titles unless Senate Faculty do not receive a merit increase. In the event that merit increases for Senate Faculty are deferred beyond July 1, 2006 the range/rates for all ASE titles will be increased by 1.5% on October 1, 2006 or, if later, at such time that the Senate Faculty receive the merit increases.

2. Additionally, increase the wage range/rates for all ASE titles in an amount equal to the general range adjustments, if any, provided for Senate Faculty. In the event that a general range adjustment is provided for Senate Faculty during budget year 2006-07 the range/rates for all ASE titles will be increased on the later of October 1, 2006 or at such time that the Senate Faculty receive the general range adjustment.

B. Wage increases for ASEs employed in the Summer Session will be in accordance with Article 23, Summer Session.
